Winnie is quite the charmer . . . nearly lost as a baby (we lost two puppies out of the litter she was from, with her exhibiting difficulties around 3 weeks of age).  At 6 weeks of age she weighed a mere 2 pounds! As an adult she weighed between 55 to 60 pounds and very fit and active.

Winnie's favorite spot to sleep?  The bed, on the pillow next to mine, sometimes with her head rested atop my neck. She is also a very "vocal" Boxer, barking and pouncing all the way to the door (like a need a cheering committe to urge me to let them out!?!).

Winnie never posed for a "good" picture, but she was quite gorgeous and my ever-faithful companion.

Winnie was bred once to our Skie . . . producing our Trouble and Sweet-P.  She is excellent with the smaller pets in our household, including indoctrinating the cat to "life with the Boxers".

Alas we lost Winnie shortly after my move from Valparaiso to Lake Station.  She was living with a friend while I got situated with hopes of being able to mix her into my new home, we never got the chance.  She will be most missed with my move and change of life . . . even when thinking of trading one my Frenchies for a Boxer, it comes to mind that NO ONE will ever be able to replace the empty spot she left in my heart!
